I am Damian Orman and as the Owner/Director of Falcon Developments,
I would like to welcome you to our website.
Falcon Developments is a top performing construction company providing property development, new builds, and refurbishments throughout the Queenstown district.
Our management team and tradesman are local and highly skilled with an extensive history of remedial and maintenance works both here and in the UK. Developments and sizeable housing stocks such as the Ministry of Defence have all been properly cared for by me and my teams with the onus being the long-term solution.

I didn’t know anything about buildings. So it was important for me to feel comfortable that when additional work was being recommended that it was necessary. As opposed to just pushing out the boundaries of the work being done. I couldn’t fault the work carried out by Damian and his team. When other tradies were needed it was reassuring that he could source them and oversee their work and bring them back to sort out any issues that arose. The builders turned up when they said they would and got on with the work without stops and starts. They were respectful of my property and the people that live here.
